ADMISSION

A completed registration form, a non-refundable registration fee and a deposit are required to secure your child’s place. We require your child to attend nursery for a minimum of 3 full days per week, this includes Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. Please note that this minimum attendance requirement and the registration fee does not apply to families who are accessing our services solely for their Free Early Education Entitlement (“FEEE”) provision.

GOVERNMENT FUNDING

We are a registered provider of the Government’s Free Early Education Entitlements Scheme (FEEE). The entitlements offered at our setting are:

  • 2 Year Old Free Entitlement (subject to eligibility)
  • 3 and 4 year old Universal Free Entitlement
  • 30 Hours Free Childcare Entitlement (subject to eligibility)

The schemes provide up to 15 or 30 hours per week of free childcare for children aged 2, 3 or 4 years old (subject to eligibility criteria) until they reach compulsory school age.

We offer a limited number of standalone 15 and 30 hour places. Please contact us for up-to-date information on availability and eligibility requirements.

A completed registration form and a refundable deposit are required to secure your child’s place. The registration fee does not apply to those accessing our services solely for their FEEE. However, if you are taking up a combination of additional paid and FEEE hours, you can expect to be charged a registration fee.

The Government funding does not cover the cost of (1) meals and snacks, which are freshly prepared on site each day by our dedicated chef; (2) consumables (such as nappies, wipes, and creams); and (3) our bespoke Maryam’s Ethos (which includes services such as trips and extra-curricular activities, our increased staff ratios, and use of the Famly Application). For those families who access our services solely for their FEEE provision, meals, snacks, consumables, and our Maryam’s Ethos package are optional extras.

Should families wish to provide their own food and snacks they will be required to attend the nursery to collect their child and feed them off site, as unfortunately, to ensure the highest levels of safety of all children (those with airborne allergies) in our care, we do not allow any food or snacks to be brought into our settings.

For those accessing our setting solely for their FEEE provision we will work with parents to ensure that as far as possible the pattern of hours is convenient for the parents’ working hours.

The maximum FEEE is 570 hours per year for the 15 hour per week entitlement and 1,140 hours per year for the 30 hours per week entitlement. We offer this entitlement stretched over 52 weeks of the year. This means taking fewer hours per week, stretched over more weeks of the year.  We do not offer the FEEE entitlement over 38 weeks (term time only).

Government funding is not within our control or gift. Eligibility for this funding is subject to criteria (which may also change) set down by the government and where you are not eligible, or your eligibility changes, this will affect the prices we charge you.
